In vintage condition with age-appropriate wear to the case with normal surface wear. There is at least one tiny ding on the front lid. The hinge screw has been replaced with wire and has a little wiggle. There is a Zippo display case that may not be original to this lighter. The lighter is the case only. There is no Insert.
