In overall acceptable antique condition, considering age and use (plus the miniature size). It does have several issues of note. The front cover is no longer attached. The first 15 pages are attached but not bound (see all pictures). The spine is showing much wear. Measurements are roughly 2 inches tall by just under 1.25 inches wide (50 mm x 33 mm). Plus the pictures show the size.

This is an extremely rare and fascinating 1800s (1840s) miniature book. The book is bound in brown full Morocco, gilt-stamped on spine, cover, and pages. 102 Cheapside, London, England.
