I’m not exactly sure what is wrong with this PS5. It will turn on, it will light up dark blue and the pale white color. But it will not actually turn on and activate on a screen. Seems like it could be stuck in a sleep mode or maybe the AV is messed up I’m not sure. But it is for parts or repair. It has other scuffs and even a small break on the top right of the plate.
